Ivy Bagley, DNP MSN APRN FNP-C IBCLC CDP ASDCS NHDP-BC PMH-BC

Ivy is a doctorally prepared Family Nurse Practitioner and Board-Certified Lactation Consultant with over 20 years of nursing experience and more than 17 years in pediatrics. A proud graduate of East Carolina University College of Nursing, she earned her BSN, MSN, and DNP, and will complete her Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) degree in December.

Ivy believes nurse practitioners bring a unique, holistic approach to patient care—one that blends clinical excellence with compassion and accessibility. She frequently speaks locally and nationally within the healthcare community and previously served on the National Pediatric Obesity Committee for the Obesity Medicine Association. She is a passionate advocate for recognizing and treating obesity as a disease and has developed multiple FIT CAMP programs to support healthy lifestyles within her practice.

Ivy enjoys supporting breastfeeding families through telehealth and in-person visits, hosts an online breastfeeding support group, and teaches CPR and parenting classes. She cares for patients from newborns through age 30, with a growing focus on ADHD, anxiety, depression, and other behavioral concerns.

Her leadership and service have been recognized through numerous honors, including:

Outside of work, Ivy enjoys photography, volunteering, and community events. She loves North Carolina and is excited to bring expanded healthcare options to eastern North Carolina. Most importantly, her faith guides her practice—she approaches patient care as service unto the Lord, and this commitment is evident in every interaction.
