Heather Cordova, BS, CNA, IBCLC

Hi, I’m Heather Cordova, IBCLC and owner of Love Lactation, LLC. I’ve supported families for 29 years and have been an IBCLC for 15. My approach is warm, practical, and evidence-based—I meet you where you are, in your home, and tailor care to your goals. I specialize in prenatal breastfeeding education (so you feel ready before baby arrives), latch and positioning with a focus on pain resolution, and precise flange fitting/pump optimization. I also create back-to-work pumping plans that fit real schedules and help with milk storage and caregiver handoff. For babies with unique needs, I provide adaptive feeding strategies and collaborate closely with oral-function specialists and bodyworkers when tongue/lip ties or tension are suspected.
Before private practice, I facilitated a community Baby Café and other support groups—so I value compassionate, judgment-free care and clear, step-by-step guidance you can use right away. Families describe my visits as calming and confidence-building. If you’re looking for hands-on help that blends clinical skill with real-life solutions, I’d be honored to support you. I serve Parker, Elizabeth, Castle Rock, and West Highlands Ranch, Colorado. (Love Lactation • 303-868-9959 • lovelactation4@gmail.com • love-lactation.com)
I am also on the Board of the COBFC ( Colorado State Breastfeeding Coalition).
