I provide holistic lactation support, focusing on emotional well-being, nutrition, rest, and relaxation. As someone who once pumped exclusively, I also have a special place in my heart for pumping parents—pumping techniques and equipment are areas I’m especially passionate about.

I am currently exploring ways to incorporate Eastern traditional practices into lactation and postpartum care, including herbalism, nutritional therapy, meridian massage, and qigong practices that support breast health. My goal is to blend evidence-based lactation care with time-honored traditions that nurture the whole parent—body, mind, and spirit.
