I have been supporting families since 2013. My journey into birth work began after experiencing both defeat and triumph through the births of my first two children—moments that sparked my lifelong passion for empowering parents and providing compassionate, evidence-based feeding support.

Having supported hundreds of families, I bring both professional expertise and personal understanding to my work. Even as a birth and postpartum doula myself, I know firsthand how invaluable dedicated support can be throughout pregnancy, birth, and the postpartum period.

I remember what it felt like to be an anxious new mom—and I believe deeply that no one should navigate this beautiful, life-changing journey alone.
