Melissa Donovan, RN BSN IBCLC

Melissa Donovan, RN, BSN, IBCLC, has been a registered nurse for 17 years, with 14 years in mother–baby care and over a decade as an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant. Her clinical expertise includes supporting families with newborn feeding, pumping, bottle feeding, and building sustainable sleep and feeding routines. She especially enjoys working with families who feel overwhelmed by conflicting advice, helping them find practical solutions that keep both baby and parents thriving. Melissa’s philosophy centers on evidence-based care delivered with warmth, humor, and realism—she believes that parents deserve support that fits their life, not a one-size-fits-all plan. She’s known for her “no-nonsense, no-judgment” style of care that empowers parents with confidence. At home, Melissa is a mom to two teenage boys and a Swiftie/Harry Potter fan who believes laughter is the best medicine.
