Hi, I'm Alicia, an elder "Mama Bear" (old IBCLC) lactation consultant with 30+ years experience. I have always been in private practice, with specialized training in tethered oral tissues, low milk supply, and flange fittings to ensure pumping moms enjoy a comfortable and efficient experience. I have SO much fun teaching prenatal breastfeeding classes, (locally and virtually), as I am passionate about sharing information with parents-to-be about their newborn from a holistic, biological nurturing approach. When consulting with a new mama and baby, I pull from decades of experience, current knowledge from evidence based research, and a compassionate heart for the whole family. I'm also a Holistic Sleep Coach and enjoy supporting families looking to learn more about supporting infant and child sleep in a holistic and attachment-parenting way.
