Pre & Postnatal Yoga

Yoga is a wonderful way to prepare for birth and to gently get back into shape (and get some "me-time") for expectant, new and experienced moms (and dads, too).

There are fabulous yoga classes available at Flowforms Yoga at 100A June Street in Worcester!  There's even a wonderful prenatal class with Dalilah (who took her childbirth class at Babies in Common).
